Refund Policy
Superstructures offers refunds for Pro subscriptions upon request, subject to approval by Superstructures.Refund requests must be submitted by the account holder associated with the subscription by emailing super@superstructures.io.
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider, and will be issued to the original method of payment.Once a refund is processed, the associated Superstructures account will automatically revert to the free version. No user data will be deleted as a result of a refund.
Users will retain access to the structures they have created; however, access to Pro Plan features will no longer be available. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for the refund to be processed and reflected on your statement.
Processing times may vary depending on Paddle and the customer’s financial institution.Taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges applied by Paddle or financial institutions may not be refundable.
